Our Story
After working for years on major infrastructure for prominent companies, two engineers realized that the process of remodeling a home should start with the blueprint of an engineer. This way it is more cost-efficient and helps the owner be in control and select the best fit contractor. We were told “No” because some big firms did not want to spend too much time on a single client. Then our friends and neighbors started asking if the removal of that column blocking their living room view is actually not possible as the contractor told them. We say “Yes, we can!”, while that specific company did not have the capability. They didn’t know how to navigate the process. Seals Design protects the costly investment. We offer value engineering - the options of with cost comparisons. Permitting is essential and requires experience. Finally, the investment has to be protected by good quality control during and after construction as some of our friends got low quality work and had to pay again get it redone by a different firm unaware of the issues and expenses.
